HEARTHSTONE

Located in North York, this mid-century style home needed a powder room renovation including a full gut and the selection of all new finishes, fixtures and materials.  The client wanted a powder room that you could live in – one where you could step inside and never want to leave.  They gravitated towards black, brass, and walnut. So, we created a dark and dramatic, sleek and glamorous oasis.  The black hardwood flooring and a gorgeous metallic gold and black wallpaper envelope the space.  To keep it from feeling closed in, we added a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall mirror behind the live edge floating vanity. Lighting was an integral element to the design to create ambience. An old laundry chute became the perfect place for a built-in cabinet with walnut veneer. The wall-mounted gold faucet adds a touch of luxury.

Featuring bespoke elements including millwork, pendant lighting, and floating live-edge vanity.
